The graduates and early school leavers can apply for a certified training.
The graduate of the vocational education can acquire the competencies (knowledge, skills and attitudes) required in business (this includes work on the shop floor and learn competencies that are not or not sufficiently highlighted in the formal vocational education).
Graduates of general education will be provided the opportunity to learn a trade on the job (starting with the basic competencies of the job).
The early school leavers will also have the opportunity to be trained, taking into account their own learning pace.
